Description

Golden flatbread topped with melty brie, sweet ripe pears, tart cranberries, and a drizzle of honey, all finished with a sprinkle of fresh thyme. A perfect blend of sweet and savory, ideal for sharing or a cozy solo meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 large or 2 small flatbreads (like naan or lavash)
  • 6 oz brie cheese, sliced
  • 2 ripe pears, thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Pinch of salt
  • Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Toss pear slices in a bowl with a bit of olive oil and a pinch of salt.
  3. Place flatbreads on the baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
  4. Layer with brie slices, pear slices, cranberries, and sprinkle with thyme and black pepper.
  5. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until cheese is melted and crust is golden.
  6. Remove from oven, drizzle with honey, and optionally finish with flaky salt.
  7. Slice and serve warm.
