Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir constantly until smooth and slightly bubbling.
- Place cornflakes in a large mixing bowl. Pour the warm peanut butter mixture over them.
- Gently fold until the cornflakes are evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared dish. Use a spatula or damp hands to press it firmly and evenly into the pan.
- Drizzle additional honey over the top while still warm.
- Let the bars cool completely at room temperature before slicing into squares and serving.
