Description

These no-bake Peanut Butter Cornflake Bars are chewy, crunchy, and perfectly sweet with a glossy honey drizzle on top. A nostalgic treat that’s quick to make and sure to please.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups cornflakes
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey, plus extra for drizzle
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir constantly until smooth and slightly bubbling.
  3. Place cornflakes in a large mixing bowl. Pour the warm peanut butter mixture over them.
  4. Gently fold until the cornflakes are evenly coated.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the prepared dish. Use a spatula or damp hands to press it firmly and evenly into the pan.
  6. Drizzle additional honey over the top while still warm.
  7. Let the bars cool completely at room temperature before slicing into squares and serving.

Notes

  • Use natural peanut butter for a richer flavor.
  • A hot knife makes for cleaner slices.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
