  • 4 cups colorful mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup butterscotch baking chips
  • Toppings: 3/4 cup colorful mini marshmallows, 2 tablespoons butterscotch baking chips


Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add instant butterscotch pudding mix, granulated sugar, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until fully combined.
