Description
Gooey, bakery-style cookies stuffed with whole Oreos and loaded with chocolate chips. These Oreo NYC Stuffed Cookies are soft, chewy, and bursting with nostalgic flavor in every bite.

- 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 1 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 16 Oreo cookies
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Scoop and flatten a portion of dough. Place an Oreo in the center and top with another scoop. Seal to cover Oreo.
- Place on baking tray and bake for 12–14 minutes until edges are golden and centers soft.
- Cool on the tray for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Serve warm or store in an airtight container for later.

- Chill dough before baking to prevent spreading.
- Add extra chocolate chips on top before baking for a professional look.
- Microwave baked cookies for 10 seconds to reheat for gooey centers.
