- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil.
- Sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, mozzarella, cream cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Warm tortillas slightly, then spoon the filling evenly onto each one.
- Roll each tortilla tightly into a wrap, folding the sides in first.
- Place wraps seam-side down in the skillet and toast 3-4 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
- Let rest for 2 minutes, then slice and serve warm with your favorite dip.
Notes
- Don’t overfill the wraps to prevent tearing.
- Letting them rest after cooking makes for cleaner slicing.
- You can prepare the filling a day ahead and refrigerate.
