Description

These Ooey-Gooey Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps are melty, crispy, and packed with creamy garlic chicken. Perfect for lunch, dinner, or party snacks—easy to prep and totally irresistible.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil.
  2. Sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, mozzarella, cream cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  4. Warm tortillas slightly, then spoon the filling evenly onto each one.
  5. Roll each tortilla tightly into a wrap, folding the sides in first.
  6. Place wraps seam-side down in the skillet and toast 3-4 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
  7. Let rest for 2 minutes, then slice and serve warm with your favorite dip.

Notes

  • Don’t overfill the wraps to prevent tearing.
  • Letting them rest after cooking makes for cleaner slicing.
  • You can prepare the filling a day ahead and refrigerate.
