- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 2 cups Italian breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

- Dip each mozzarella stick in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs. Repeat the egg and breadcrumb step for extra crunch.

- Fry in small batches for 2–3 minutes until golden brown. Remove and place on paper towels to drain.
- Sprinkle with a bit of salt while hot and serve with warm marinara sauce.
Notes
