Description

Ingredients

  • 1 package (14 oz) Lil Smokies cocktail sausages
  • 1/2 cup grape jelly
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce (optional for extra spice)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the grape jelly, barbecue sauce, Dijon mustard, hot sauce (if using), salt, and pepper. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer over medium heat.
  2. Add the Lil Smokies sausages to the sauce, stirring to coat them evenly.
  3. Lower the heat and let the sausages simmer in the sauce for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sausages are heated through and the sauce has thickened slightly.
  4. Serve warm as an appetizer or snack. Enjoy!
