Description

Ingredients

  • 3 medium zucchini, thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat Your Equipment: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with olive oil.
  2. Combine Ingredients: In a bowl, toss chicken with 1 tablespoon olive oil, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Prepare Your Cooking Vessel: Spread half the zucchini slices in the baking dish, followed by a layer of chicken, half the tomatoes, and onions.
  4. Assemble the Dish: Sprinkle half the mozzarella and feta over the layers, then repeat with remaining zucchini, chicken, tomatoes, and onions. Top with the rest of the cheese.
