Description

Fresh strawberries are coated in marshmallow creme, dipped in smooth semi-sweet chocolate, and finished with graham cracker crumbs for an easy no-bake treat with a fun s’mores-inspired twist.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound fresh strawberries, about 18 to 20 large strawberries, washed and dried completely
  • 1 cup marshmallow creme
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Line a tray or large plate with parchment paper and make space in the refrigerator for chilling.
  2. Place the marshmallow creme in a small bowl.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips and vegetable oil. Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until smooth.
  4. Place the graham cracker crumbs in a separate small bowl.
  5. Make sure the strawberries are fully dry. Insert toothpicks or skewers into the tops if desired for easier dipping.
  6. Dip each strawberry into the marshmallow creme, coating about three-quarters of the berry.
  7. Dip the marshmallow-coated strawberry directly into the melted chocolate, letting any excess drip off.
  8. Roll or sprinkle the lower part of each strawberry with graham cracker crumbs.
  9. Place the coated strawberries on the prepared tray.
  10. Refrigerate for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the chocolate is set, then serve chilled.

Notes

  • Dry the strawberries very well before dipping so the coating sticks properly.
  • Use firm, large berries for the neatest presentation.
  • These are best served the same day for the freshest texture.
  • Milk chocolate or dark chocolate can be used in place of semi-sweet chocolate chips.
