Mars Bar Millionaire Crunch is a no-bake layered treat featuring a crispy Mars bar and puffed rice base, thick golden caramel center, and silky milk chocolate topping. It’s rich, chewy, and irresistibly indulgent.

- 4 full-sized Mars Bars (about 200g)
- 3 cups puffed rice cereal
- 200g unsalted butter (about ¾ cup + 2 tablespoons)
- 3 tablespoons golden syrup
- 1 can (397g) sweetened condensed milk
- 300g milk chocolate (about 1½ cups, chopped or chips)
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 inch square pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt 100g of butter with chopped Mars bars over low heat. Stir until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the puffed rice cereal until fully coated.
- Press the mixture into the lined pan evenly and chill in the fridge.
- For the caramel, combine condensed milk, remaining 100g butter, and golden syrup in a saucepan. Stir constantly over medium heat until golden and thick (about 10 minutes).
- Pour caramel over the chilled base and smooth out. Chill for at least 1 hour.
- Melt milk chocolate and spread evenly over the caramel layer.
- Chill until set, then score the chocolate and slice into squares.
Notes
- Use a sharp knife warmed under hot water for clean slices.
- Let each layer fully chill before adding the next for best texture.
- Sprinkle sea salt on top before the chocolate sets for a salted caramel variation.
