Description

A creamy, sunshine-bright mango smoothie that blends ripe mango with milk and yogurt for a velvety, refreshing sip. Naturally sweet, quick to make, and perfect for breakfast, snack time, or a cool dessert.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups ripe mango, fresh or frozen, diced
  • 1 cup milk, dairy or plant-based
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt, dairy or non-dairy
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup, to taste
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes, optional if using fresh mango
  • 1 small pinch fine sea salt, optional
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice, optional


Instructions

  1. Add milk to the blender first, followed by yogurt, mango, honey, and ice if using.
  2. Blend on high until completely smooth and creamy, 45 to 90 seconds, scraping down the sides if needed.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness with a little more honey, or thin with a splash of milk if too thick.
  4. Finish with a pinch of salt and a squeeze of lime juice for brightness, then pulse to combine.
  5. Pour into two chilled glasses, garnish with a mango slice or mint, and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For extra thickness, use frozen mango and skip the ice.
  • For dairy-free, choose almond, oat, or coconut milk and a non-dairy yogurt.
