Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (thinly sliced)
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 4 slices deli ham
  • 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs.
  3. Lightly oil the parchment-lined tray.
  4. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs. Place on the tray and top with a slice of ham.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes until cooked through. Top each with Swiss cheese and return to oven for 3–5 minutes to melt.
  6. Mix mayonnaise, mustard, and honey in a bowl for the dipping sauce.
