- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 4 slices deli ham
- 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup flour

- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs.
- Lightly oil the parchment-lined tray.
- Dredge each chicken breast in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs. Place on the tray and top with a slice of ham.
- Bake for 25 minutes until cooked through. Top each with Swiss cheese and return to oven for 3–5 minutes to melt.
- Mix mayonnaise, mustard, and honey in a bowl for the dipping sauce.
- Serve the chicken hot with sauce on the side.
