- 3 cups cauliflower florets
- 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 0.5 cup heavy cream
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and lightly grease a casserole baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, heavy cream, salt, black pepper, paprika, and dried parsley, stirring until smooth.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, then sauté the onion and garlic until soft and fragrant.
- Add the chicken pieces and cauliflower to the skillet and cook for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring gently.
- Transfer the chicken and cauliflower mixture to the prepared baking dish.
- Pour the creamy mixture evenly over the contents of the dish and stir lightly to coat.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until the casserole is bubbly and lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
