Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups broccoli florets, lightly steamed
  • 1/3 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with olive oil.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. In the prepared baking dish, layer the steamed broccoli and green onions evenly.
  4. Spread the chicken mixture over the broccoli layer.
  5. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until cheese is golden and bubbly.
