- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 cups broccoli florets, lightly steamed
- 1/3 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with olive oil.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- In the prepared baking dish, layer the steamed broccoli and green onions evenly.
- Spread the chicken mixture over the broccoli layer.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until cheese is golden and bubbly.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
