Description

These Leftover Turkey Crescent Rolls are the perfect way to transform holiday leftovers into a fun, handheld comfort food. Flaky crescent dough is stuffed with turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, and cranberry sauce, then brushed with buttery herb topping for a golden, irresistible finish.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces crescent roll dough
  • ½ cup prepared mashed potatoes
  • ½ pound cooked turkey, shredded or chopped
  • 1 cup prepared stuffing
  • ½ cup prepared cranberry sauce, plus more for dipping
  • 2 tablespoons salted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
  • ½ teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles.
  3. Spread a small spoonful of mashed potatoes onto the wide end of each triangle.
  4. Top with turkey, stuffing, and a little cranberry sauce.
  5. Roll up each crescent from the wide end to the tip, tucking in the sides if needed to keep filling inside.
  6. Place rolls on prepared baking sheet, seam side down.
  7. Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with poppy seeds and parsley.
  8. Bake 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm with extra cranberry sauce for dipping.

Notes

  • For a cheesy twist, add a sprinkle of shredded cheddar or Swiss before rolling.
  • These are best eaten fresh but can be reheated in the oven to crisp them back up.
  • Perfect as an appetizer, snack, or quick next-day meal after a holiday feast.
