- 1 cup dark chocolate chips, melted
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 3 to 4 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Fresh raspberries, for topping
Instructions
- Add silken tofu, melted dark chocolate, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to a blender or food processor.
- Blend until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Pour into serving bowls or dessert cups.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow the pudding to set.
- Top with fresh raspberries just before serving.
