Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips, melted
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Fresh raspberries, for topping


Instructions

  1. Add silken tofu, melted dark chocolate, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. Pour into serving bowls or dessert cups.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow the pudding to set.
  5. Top with fresh raspberries just before serving.
