Description

Soft, golden low carb breadsticks brushed with rich garlic butter and finished with fresh parsley. These cheesy almond flour breadsticks are tender inside, lightly crisp outside, and perfect for anyone following a keto lifestyle.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, finely minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt shredded mozzarella and cream cheese until smooth, stirring until fully combined.
  4. Mix eggs into the melted cheese mixture until incorporated.
  5. Add the cheese mixture to the dry ingredients and mix until a soft dough forms.
  6. Shape the dough into a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick on the prepared baking sheet and lightly score into breadstick portions.
  7. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown and slightly firm to the touch.
  8. Stir minced garlic into the melted butter and brush generously over the hot breadsticks.
  9. Sprinkle with fresh parsley, slice along the scored lines, and serve warm.
