Description

A refreshing, café-style iced coffee infused with warm vanilla sweetness and silky milk, finished over clinking ice for the perfect cool sip.

Ingredients

  • Freshly brewed strong coffee: 1 cup
  • Vanilla syrup: 2 tablespoons
  • Milk or cream: 1/2 cup
  • Ice cubes: 1 cup
  • Optional sugar or sweetener: 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Brew 1 cup of strong coffee and let it cool slightly.
  2. Stir in the vanilla syrup while the coffee is still warm so it dissolves smoothly.
  3. Fill a tall glass with the ice cubes.
  4. Pour the cooled, vanilla-sweetened coffee over the ice.
  5. Add the milk or cream and adjust to your preferred creaminess.
  6. Stir gently to combine and create a pretty swirl.
  7. Serve immediately, optionally garnished with a vanilla bean or a pinch of cinnamon.

Notes

  • For bolder flavor, freeze leftover coffee into ice cubes to avoid dilution.
  • Use cold brew concentrate in place of brewed coffee for deeper, smoother notes.
  • Froth the milk before adding for a latte-like texture.
