  • 500g ground beef (80/20 mix)
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 4 sesame burger buns
  • 4 tablespoons hot honey
  • 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise


Instructions

  1. Preheat Your Equipment: Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat until hot.
  2. Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, gently mix ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and chili flakes. Do not overmix.
  3. Prepare Your Cooking Vessel: Lightly oil the skillet or pan to prevent sticking.
  4. Assemble the Dish: Form the beef mixture into 4 equal patties, slightly wider than your buns. Toast your buns lightly on the skillet and set aside.
