- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons hot sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Heat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat for at least 10 minutes.
- In a large bowl, whisk together honey, hot sauce, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Lightly oil the grill grates or grill pan to prevent sticking.
