Ingredients

  • 6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 3 tablespoons harissa paste
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking dish or sheet pan with foil.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together harissa paste, honey, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, smoked paprika, and salt.
  3. Arrange chicken thighs in the baking dish skin side up.
  4. Pour marinade over the chicken and coat each piece well.
