- 2 tablespoons honey
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking dish or sheet pan with foil.
- In a bowl, whisk together harissa paste, honey, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, smoked paprika, and salt.
- Arrange chicken thighs in the baking dish skin side up.
- Pour marinade over the chicken and coat each piece well.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, spooning juices over the chicken halfway through.
- Broil for 2 to 3 minutes for extra caramelization if desired.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with herbs or lemon wedges.
