- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
Instructions
- Line a square pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix grated carrots, rolled oats, protein powder, cinnamon, and baking powder.
- In another bowl, stir almond butter, honey, and milk until smooth.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until fully combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into the prepared pan.
- Spread cream cheese evenly on top.
- Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours until firm.
- Slice into bars and serve chilled or slightly softened.
