Description

These high protein carrot cake freezer bars are a creamy, chilled twist on a classic dessert, packed with warm spices, natural sweetness, and a satisfying boost of protein.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup grated carrots
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese


Instructions

  1. Line a square pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix grated carrots, rolled oats, protein powder, cinnamon, and baking powder.
  3. In another bowl, stir almond butter, honey, and milk until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until fully combined.
  5. Press the mixture firmly into the prepared pan.
  6. Spread cream cheese evenly on top.
  7. Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours until firm.
  8. Slice into bars and serve chilled or slightly softened.
