Instructions
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until tender, then drain and set aside.

- Reduce the heat and stir in the sour cream, paprika, salt, and black pepper until the sauce becomes creamy and smooth.
- Add the cooked egg noodles to the skillet and gently toss until they are well coated in the sauce.
- Sprinkle chopped parsley on top and serve warm.
