- 500 grams ground beef
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 120 ml water
- 10 hard taco shells
- 200 grams shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 120 grams sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C and lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned.
- Add taco seasoning and water, then simmer for a few minutes.
- Arrange taco shells upright in the baking dish.
- Fill each shell with the beef mixture.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until cheese is melted and shells are crisp.
- Remove from oven and add diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, and sour cream.
- Serve warm and enjoy.

- Warm taco shells slightly before filling to prevent cracking.
- Use freshly shredded cheese for better melting.
