- 4 large flour tortillas (about 8 inches each)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked shredded chicken, plain Greek yogurt, diced celery, chopped red onion, fresh parsley, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Stir well until evenly coated and creamy.
