- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 3/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cup Honey or Maple Syrup
- 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter (softened)
- 1 large Egg
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 cup Chopped Nuts (almonds or walnuts)
- 1/2 cup Dried Cranberries or Raisins
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream butter and brown sugar. Add egg, honey, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
- Stir in oats, flour, baking soda, and salt. Fold in nuts and dried fruit.
- Scoop dough onto baking sheet and flatten gently with spoon.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are golden.
- Cool on tray for 5 minutes, then transfer to wire rack.
