Description

  • 1 box peanut butter brownie mix (any brand)
  • 24 tablespoons peanut butter (pouch included in box or from a jar)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 8×8 inch square baking tin


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Set your oven according to the brownie mix package directions, usually 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the batter: In a medium mixing bowl, combine brownie mix, egg, water, and vegetable oil. Stir until smooth and well combined.
  3. Pour into pan: Grease or line an 8×8 inch baking tin, then pour in the brownie batter.
  4. Add peanut butter: Drop spoonfuls of peanut butter over the top of the batter. Use a knife or skewer to swirl it through for a marbled effect.
  5. Bake: Bake according to package directions, usually 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
