A rich and indulgent no-bake peanut butter pie inspired by the classic Reese’s treat, featuring a chocolate cookie crust, creamy peanut butter filling, and decadent chocolate topping.

- 24 chocolate sandwich cookies (like Oreos), crushed
- 5 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 8 oz whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Crushed peanut butter cups or chopped peanuts for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix crushed cookies with melted butter until well combined. Press into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust. Chill for 15 minutes.
- In a large bowl, beat peanut butter, cream cheese, and powdered sugar until smooth and fluffy.
- Fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated. Spread the peanut butter mixture evenly over the chilled crust.
- In a small saucepan, heat heavy cream until just simmering. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
- Pour chocolate ganache over the pie and spread evenly. Garnish with chopped peanut butter cups or peanuts if desired.
- Chill for at least 2 hours or until set. Slice and serve cold.
Notes
- Use natural peanut butter for a less sweet version, but make sure it’s well mixed.
- This pie can be made a day in advance and stored in the fridge.
- Use a springform pan for easier slicing and presentation.
