Ingredients

  • 400 grams beef steak, sliced
  • 300 grams cheese tortellini
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and heat a skillet over medium high heat.
  2. Season the sliced beef steak with salt and black pepper evenly.
  3. Add olive oil and butter to the skillet and let it heat until melted.
  4. Sear the steak slices until browned, then remove and set aside.
