- 3 large eggs, separated
- 3 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, beat egg yolks with cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and baking powder until smooth. Stir in shredded mozzarella.
- In a separate large bowl, whip egg whites with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the yolk mixture into the whipped egg whites using a spatula.
- Spoon the mixture into 6 mounds on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and set.
- Cool slightly and garnish with parsley if desired. Serve warm.
