Description

Light, airy, and loaded with cheesy garlic flavor, this Garlic Cheese Cloud Bread is a savory twist on the viral classic. It’s perfect as a snack, side, or low-carb sandwich base.


Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs, separated
  • 3 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, beat egg yolks with cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and baking powder until smooth. Stir in shredded mozzarella.
  3. In a separate large bowl, whip egg whites with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the yolk mixture into the whipped egg whites using a spatula.
  5. Spoon the mixture into 6 mounds on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and set.
  7. Cool slightly and garnish with parsley if desired. Serve warm.
