Description

Juicy, tender steak bites seared to perfection and coated in a rich garlic butter sauce, finished with fresh herbs for a quick and flavorful dish.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 500 grams steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat until very hot.
  2. Toss the steak cubes with salt and black pepper in a bowl.
  3. Add olive oil to the hot skillet and let it shimmer.
  4. Place steak cubes in a single layer without overcrowding.
  5. Sear for 2 to 3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your preference.
  6. Reduce heat, add butter and garlic, then toss until fragrant and coated. Sprinkle parsley.
  7. Serve immediately while hot and juicy.

Notes

  • Let the steak sit at room temperature before cooking for better searing.
  • Pat steak dry to achieve a golden crust.
  • Do not overcrowd the pan, cook in batches if needed.
  • Add garlic at the end to avoid burning.
