- 1.5 pounds baby potatoes
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F.
- Boil the baby potatoes in a large pot of salted water until fork tender, about 15 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes and let them dry slightly.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the potatoes on it.
- Gently smash each potato using a masher or glass.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over each smashed potato.
