Description

These Garlic Butter Cheeseburger Rollups combine juicy ground beef, melted cheddar, and a buttery, golden crust for the ultimate comfort food. Perfect as a snack, appetizer, or fun dinner option.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tube (13.8 oz) refrigerated pizza dough
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain the excess grease.
  3. Add Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper. Stir well and let cool slightly. Mix in shredded cheese.
  4. Unroll pizza dough onto a floured surface and press into a rectangle.
  5. Spread beef mixture over the dough, leaving a border. Roll tightly from the long side into a log, then slice into 1-inch pieces.
  6. Place slices on the baking sheet cut-side up.
  7. Melt butter in a saucepan with minced garlic and brush over each rollup.
  8. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  9. Sprinkle with dried parsley and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.

Notes

  • Let the beef mixture cool before adding cheese to prevent early melting.
  • Use parchment paper to keep the rollups from sticking.
  • Customize with your favorite burger toppings inside the roll.
