Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tube (13.8 oz) refrigerated pizza dough
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain the excess grease.
- Add Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper. Stir well and let cool slightly. Mix in shredded cheese.
- Unroll pizza dough onto a floured surface and press into a rectangle.
- Spread beef mixture over the dough, leaving a border. Roll tightly from the long side into a log, then slice into 1-inch pieces.
- Place slices on the baking sheet cut-side up.
- Melt butter in a saucepan with minced garlic and brush over each rollup.
- Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Sprinkle with dried parsley and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
Notes
- Let the beef mixture cool before adding cheese to prevent early melting.
- Use parchment paper to keep the rollups from sticking.
- Customize with your favorite burger toppings inside the roll.
