Ingredients

  • 150 grams dark chocolate, melted
  • 120 grams tahini
  • 100 grams all-purpose flour
  • 30 grams cocoa powder
  • 80 grams granulated sugar
  • 70 grams brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk melted chocolate, tahini, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, combine all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Scoop portions of dough onto the prepared tray, spacing them evenly.
  6. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until the edges are set but centers remain soft.
  7. Allow cookies to cool on the tray before serving.
