Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk melted chocolate, tahini, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In another bowl, combine all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Scoop portions of dough onto the prepared tray, spacing them evenly.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until the edges are set but centers remain soft.
- Allow cookies to cool on the tray before serving.
