Description
Crispy baked flatbread chips brushed with seasoned olive oil, sprinkled with everything bagel seasoning and parmesan, then baked until golden, crunchy, and perfect for dipping.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 large thin flatbreads, about 8 ounces total
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, stir together the olive oil, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Place the flatbreads on the prepared baking sheet and brush both sides lightly with the seasoned olive oil.
- Sprinkle the everything bagel seasoning and grated parmesan evenly over the flatbreads, pressing gently so the seasoning sticks.
- Cut the flatbreads into chip-sized triangles or strips, then arrange them in a single layer.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, flipping once halfway through, until golden and crisp.
- Let the chips cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use thin flatbread for the crispiest texture.
- Do not overcrowd the baking sheet, or the chips may soften instead of crisp.
- Let the chips cool completely before storing to keep them crunchy.
- Re-crisp leftovers in a 325°F oven for 4 to 6 minutes.
