- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 celery stalk, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon red onion, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 slices cheddar or Swiss cheese
- Butter for spreading (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat broiler or oven to high heat.
- In a bowl, mix tuna, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, celery, red onion, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Spread butter on toasted English muffin halves if desired.
- Divide tuna mixture evenly over muffin halves.
- Top each with a slice of cheese.

- Remove from oven and serve warm.
