  • 1 can (5 oz) tuna, drained
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 celery stalk, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon red onion, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 slices cheddar or Swiss cheese
  • Butter for spreading (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat broiler or oven to high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix tuna, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, celery, red onion, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Spread butter on toasted English muffin halves if desired.
