  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken or turkey, egg, almond flour, parmesan, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and parsley.
  3. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
