- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken or turkey, egg, almond flour, parmesan, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and parsley.
- Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.
