Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup softened cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
  • ½ cup marinara sauce (for dipping, optional)


Instructions

  1. Warm a large skillet or griddle over medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning until smooth.
  3. Lightly brush the skillet with olive oil or melted butter.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture onto each tortilla. Layer mozzarella and pepperoni slices evenly. Fold the tortilla into a tight wrap.
  5. Place the wrap seam-side down in the skillet. Press gently with a spatula. Cook for 3–4 minutes per side or until golden and crisp.
  6. Remove from heat and let rest for a minute before slicing.
  7. Serve warm with marinara sauce on the side for dipping.
