- 1 cup pepperoni slices
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup softened cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
- ½ cup marinara sauce (for dipping, optional)
Instructions
- Warm a large skillet or griddle over medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning until smooth.
- Lightly brush the skillet with olive oil or melted butter.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture onto each tortilla. Layer mozzarella and pepperoni slices evenly. Fold the tortilla into a tight wrap.
- Place the wrap seam-side down in the skillet. Press gently with a spatula. Cook for 3–4 minutes per side or until golden and crisp.
- Remove from heat and let rest for a minute before slicing.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce on the side for dipping.
