- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Set the slow cooker to low heat so it is ready for cooking.
- In the slow cooker combine shredded chicken, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, diced tomatoes with green chilies, chicken broth, chopped onion, chopped green bell pepper, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Stir the mixture gently until everything is evenly combined.
- Cover and cook on low for about 3 hours so the flavors blend together.
- Meanwhile cook the spaghetti in a large pot of salted boiling water until just tender, then drain well.
- Add the cooked spaghetti and shredded cheddar cheese to the slow cooker and stir gently.
- Cover and cook for another 20 to 30 minutes until the cheese melts and the sauce becomes creamy.
