  • 2 ripe avocados, diced
  • Juice of 2 limes

  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1 medium chopped onion
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  2. Add chicken, chopped onions, garlic, diced tomatoes, cumin, salt, pepper, and chicken broth into the slow cooker.
