- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/3 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat.
- In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, Caesar dressing, Parmesan, garlic powder, black pepper, and chopped romaine. Mix well.
- Add olive oil to the skillet and heat for a few seconds.
- Place a tortilla on a flat surface and spoon the filling onto one half. Fold the tortilla over to enclose the filling.
- Place the filled tortilla on the skillet. Press with a spatula and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
- Let rest for 1 minute, then slice into triangles.
- Serve with extra dressing or your favorite sides.
