Description

Crunchy, creamy, and packed with flavor, this Crispy Chicken Caesar wrap takes the classic Caesar salad and transforms it into a handheld meal that’s perfect for lunch or dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/3 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, Caesar dressing, Parmesan, garlic powder, black pepper, and chopped romaine. Mix well.
  3. Add olive oil to the skillet and heat for a few seconds.
  4. Place a tortilla on a flat surface and spoon the filling onto one half. Fold the tortilla over to enclose the filling.
  5. Place the filled tortilla on the skillet. Press with a spatula and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
  6. Let rest for 1 minute, then slice into triangles.
  7. Serve with extra dressing or your favorite sides.
