- 1 pound Italian sausage, removed from casing
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
- Cook pasta al dente
- Brown sausage with garlic in butter
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan to make the Alfredo sauce
- Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish
- Mix pasta and sausage sauce together, pour into the baking dish, top with mozzarella
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and golden
