- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 medium yellow onions, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, mozzarella, cheddar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add yellow onions and sauté until golden and caramelized, about 10–12 minutes. Add garlic and cook for 1 more minute.
- Stir the onion mixture into the cheese blend. Pour into a small baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
- Let cool slightly and serve warm with toasted baguette slices, chips, or veggies.
