Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 medium yellow onions, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, mozzarella, cheddar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add yellow onions and sauté until golden and caramelized, about 10–12 minutes. Add garlic and cook for 1 more minute.
  4. Stir the onion mixture into the cheese blend. Pour into a small baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
  6. Remove from oven and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
  7. Let cool slightly and serve warm with toasted baguette slices, chips, or veggies.
