Description

Cookie Protein Bark is a crunchy, chocolatey snack packed with protein and wholesome ingredients. With a mix of PB Fit, oats, chocolate, peanuts, and M&Ms, it’s a delicious treat perfect for a post-workout boost or an anytime snack.


Ingredients

  • ½ Cup PB Fit Powder
  • ½ Cup Gluten Free Rolled Oats
  • ⅓ Cup Coconut Oil, melted
  • ½ Cup Honey
  • ⅓ Cup Peanuts
  • ⅓ Cup M&Ms
  • ½ Cup Chocolate Chips
  • 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
  • Sea Salt, to taste


Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix PB Fit, rolled oats, melted coconut oil, and honey until well combined.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Melt chocolate chips with 1 Tbsp coconut oil over a double boiler or in the microwave, stirring until smooth.
  5. Drizzle melted chocolate over the oat and peanut mixture.
  6. Sprinkle peanuts, M&Ms, and a pinch of sea salt on top.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm.
  8. Break into pieces and serve or store in an airtight container in the fridge.
