- ½ Cup PB Fit Powder
- ½ Cup Gluten Free Rolled Oats
- ⅓ Cup Coconut Oil, melted
- ½ Cup Honey
- ⅓ Cup Peanuts
- ⅓ Cup M&Ms
- ½ Cup Chocolate Chips
- 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
- Sea Salt, to taste
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix PB Fit, rolled oats, melted coconut oil, and honey until well combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
- Melt chocolate chips with 1 Tbsp coconut oil over a double boiler or in the microwave, stirring until smooth.
- Drizzle melted chocolate over the oat and peanut mixture.
- Sprinkle peanuts, M&Ms, and a pinch of sea salt on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm.
- Break into pieces and serve or store in an airtight container in the fridge.
