Description

These coconut balls are soft, chewy, and perfectly sweet with a rich coconut flavor. Made with just four ingredients, they’re a no-bake treat that comes together quickly and always impresses.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 cups desiccated coconut
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar.
  2. Gradually add the desiccated coconut, stirring until everything is well mixed and forms a soft dough.
  3. Line a tray or plate with parchment paper.
  4. Using a spoon, scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll them into 1-inch balls.
  5. Place the coconut balls on the lined tray and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
  6. Optionally, roll them in more coconut or drizzle with melted chocolate before serving.

Notes

  • Use gloves or lightly grease your hands to prevent sticking while rolling.
  • For extra flavor, toast some of the coconut before mixing in.
  • Store in the fridge for up to a week or freeze for longer storage.
