Description

Creamy, cheesy, and packed with tender gnocchi and chicken, this Chicken Gnocchi Alfredo Bake is the ultimate comfort food made easy.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound cooked gnocchi
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Boil gnocchi until they float, then drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, mix gnocchi, chicken, spinach, Alfredo sauce, garlic, half the mozzarella, and half the parmesan.
  4. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Top with remaining mozzarella and parmesan, and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  6. Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Use rotisserie chicken for convenience and flavor.
  • Freshly shredded cheese melts better than pre-shredded.
  • Add red pepper flakes for a little heat.
  • Double the recipe and freeze one for later.
