- 1 pound cooked gnocchi
- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Boil gnocchi until they float, then drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix gnocchi, chicken, spinach, Alfredo sauce, garlic, half the mozzarella, and half the parmesan.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Top with remaining mozzarella and parmesan, and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for convenience and flavor.
- Freshly shredded cheese melts better than pre-shredded.
- Add red pepper flakes for a little heat.
