Description

This Chicken Caesar Wrap recipe combines juicy grilled chicken, crisp romaine lettuce, creamy Caesar dressing, and sharp parmesan cheese all wrapped in a soft flour tortilla. It’s the perfect blend of texture and flavor for a quick lunch or dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups grilled chicken, diced or sliced
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, finely grated
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice


Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat if cooking chicken fresh.
  2. In a bowl, toss romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing, parmesan, black pepper, and lemon juice.
  3. Cook or reheat chicken as needed and slice or dice it.
  4. Warm tortillas slightly and lay them flat.
  5. Layer the salad mix and grilled chicken in the center of each tortilla.
  6. Fold in the sides and roll tightly from the bottom up. Slice if desired.
  7. Serve immediately or wrap and refrigerate for later.
