- 2 cups grilled chicken, diced or sliced
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, finely grated
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Black pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat if cooking chicken fresh.
- In a bowl, toss romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing, parmesan, black pepper, and lemon juice.
- Cook or reheat chicken as needed and slice or dice it.
- Warm tortillas slightly and lay them flat.
- Layer the salad mix and grilled chicken in the center of each tortilla.
- Fold in the sides and roll tightly from the bottom up. Slice if desired.
