- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 ½ cups grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cook penne pasta until al dente, adding broccoli in the last 2 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Sauté chicken in olive oil until golden, then add garlic and cook for 1 more minute.
- In a saucepan, melt butter, whisk in heavy cream, then add Parmesan, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Simmer until thick and smooth.
- In a large bowl, mix pasta, broccoli, chicken, and Alfredo sauce. Toss well and pour into prepared baking dish.
- Top with shredded mozzarella and bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let rest for 5–10 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley if desired.
