Ingredients

  • 2 cups raw chicken, diced or shredded
  • 1 box (6 oz) dry stuffing mix
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13 baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine stuffing mix, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, salt, and pepper. Mix until fully blended.
  3. Spread half of the stuffing mixture into the greased baking dish.
  4. Top with diced chicken and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Layer the remaining stuffing mixture on top.
  6. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  7. Remove foil, sprinkle the remaining cheese, and bake uncovered for another 10–15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  8. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

  • Use rotisserie chicken for faster prep.
  • Add veggies like broccoli or spinach for extra nutrition.
