- 2 cups raw chicken, diced or shredded
- 1 box (6 oz) dry stuffing mix
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13 baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine stuffing mix, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, salt, and pepper. Mix until fully blended.
- Spread half of the stuffing mixture into the greased baking dish.
- Top with diced chicken and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
- Layer the remaining stuffing mixture on top.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove foil, sprinkle the remaining cheese, and bake uncovered for another 10–15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
