- 1/3 cup almond flour

- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped

- 3 Tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, eggs, almond flour, shredded mozzarella, garlic powder, fresh dill, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Scoop portions of the mixture into the skillet and flatten slightly to form fritters.
- Cook for 4-5 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce or salad.

- You can substitute almond flour with breadcrumbs if preferred.
