Description

These Cheesy Chicken Fritters are golden, crispy, and packed with melty mozzarella, fresh dill, and flavorful seasonings. Perfect for a quick dinner or appetizer, they pair well with a dipping sauce or fresh salad.


Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb ground chicken
  • 2 medium eggs
  • 1/3 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper, to taste
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, eggs, almond flour, shredded mozzarella, garlic powder, fresh dill, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  4. Scoop portions of the mixture into the skillet and flatten slightly to form fritters.
  5. Cook for 4-5 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.
  7. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce or salad.
